One of my favourite and apparently untapped Plus Fashion resources it Reitmans. So many of my favourite pieces have come from Reitmans. They sell jeans up to a size 28. They also produced some of my most favourite television ads.
As we bid adieu to the dog days of summer I transition from flip-flops and breezy summer dresses into cropped jeans and crisp, pressed shirts. Though the humidity likes to hang out through to the end of September, I love the crisp mornings and cool evenings.
A cute pair of heels can take a casual outfit into girls' night out in a flash. I picked these cuties up at a thrift store on Roncesvalles here in Toronto. I love them so much I've added several other pairs similar to my collection.
There's something so satisfying as taking as classic pairing, a white shirt and jeans, and tip it right into Pinup territory by adding a ceramic bangle and tossing a bandana in my hair. My causal looks (and formal and swim wear and office wear and so on and so on) tend to cycle from cutesy Pinup to Rocker Chick. It amazing what wonders accessories can work.
Transitional seasons are always my favourite.
